Drink Water for Life

The third edition of the World Water Development Report (WWDR-3) and a companion case study volume, 'Facing the Challenges', were released to coincide with the opening of the Fifth World Water Forum on 16 March.

The triennial World Water Development Report is the United Nations System flagship report on water, a comprehensive review of the state of the world’s freshwater resources. WWDR-3, entitled 'Water in a Changing World' was co-ordinated by the World Water Assessment Programme (WWAP), which is hosted by the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
